Improved Safety Protocols Are Working for Chicago Roofers

Last year, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) created an alliance with the Chicago Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA). Through this alliance, the two groups have been able to share information about health and safety protocols and have used this information to create a safer work environment for area roofers.

Together, OSHA and CRCA provide guidance, information and quarterly safety training to both employers and workers throughout the state of Illinois. You can learn more about this union by reading the U.S. Department of Labor’s press release here.

Baltic Home Improvements is pleased with this alliance since the safety of our staff of roofing experts is our number one concern. We follow all of OSHA’s guidelines and recommendations and providing safety training to our workers on a regular basis. Additionally, with the danger associated with working up on roofs in mind, we require our workers to adhere to a strict drug and alcohol policy.

Chicagoland residents are advised to contact us first with their roofing needs. We will be happy to schedule a free consultation wherein we can assess your job and provide a no-obligation cost estimate. Join the many other area homeowners who have already employed our services and are glad they did.
